Once the seller has confirmed your order, your parcel will be carefully packed and collected by Fastway Couriers for delivery anywhere in South Africa.

How it works:

🛒 Buyer places an order on Keedz.
📦 The seller securely packages the item.
🚚 Fastway Couriers collects the parcel from the seller (or the seller drops it off, where applicable).
📍 You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
🎉 Your Keedz treasure is delivered straight to your door.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most parcels are delivered within 2–5 business days after collection. Fastway offers nationwide parcel tracking, allowing buyers to monitor the progress of their delivery.

All items are non-returnable; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you will not lose your money for said purchase.
