Second-hand goodies are special, but sometimes they come with tiny surprises. Because Keedz is only the platform, not the seller, we can’t guarantee quality, and we can’t always promise refunds. So each Nifty Thrifty can choose whether they accept returns.
If you do, the buyer may send the item back, and the seller pays the courier fees for the return trip. If they don’t, the sale is final (so check items carefully before buying!).
If you, however, did buy an item and cannot return it, don't sweat - you can just resell it on the KEEDZ platform, under your own shop!
