1. Who Can Use Keedz
You need to be 18+ to join by yourself.
If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Your Account
Keep your password secret.
Don’t make fake accounts.
If something looks wrong, ask your parent to email us: support@keedz.co.za.

3. Using Keedz Shops
On Keedz, you can: ✅ Open your own little shop. ✅ Sell your old toys, clothes, or books. ✅ Buy pre-loved items from other kids. ✅ Chat safely on the platform. ❌ But never swap numbers or try to skip Keedz fees!

4. Buying & Selling
Here’s how it works:

Smartie Thrifty (the seller) lists an item.

Savvy Thrifty (the buyer) pays for it.

Keedz keeps the money safe in the Keedz Wallet.

The item is shipped 📦

The buyer has 7 days to check the item.

If it’s all good → money goes to the seller 🎉

If not → the buyer returns the item and gets a refund.

5. Fees
Keedz takes a small fee to keep the website running.
Trying to sell/buy outside Keedz to skip fees is not allowed.

6. What Keedz Is Not Responsible For
Couriers or payment companies (we just connect you).
Wrong info on items (e.g. wrong shoe size, wrong school book).
Behaviour of people offering extra services (like babysitters or tutors).

7. Play Nice
All shops and items must be approved by Keedz.
If something looks unsafe or not kid-friendly, Keedz can remove it.
